Films and paper artwork

Miscellaneous Information

Line width: minimum line width: positive / negative 0,15 mm
For multi colour prints register marks are required. No return or filing of films.

Screen print and etching

Films true to side, format 1:1, coated side up (true to side). Raster: raster of 40, colour intensity 15-85%.

Pad print and heat treated print

Films side inverted, format 1:1, coated side down (side inverted). Raster: raster of 60, colour intensity 15-85%.

360° print and Touch&Feel

Film production for this printing technique needs to be adjusted to our production process. In order to obtain the optimum printing result we therefore prepare the necessary films in our company. We require an image that is rich in contrast (no raster).

Digital print

All colors are mixed in CMYK, so it is not possible to print real PMS colors. In nearly every case the colors will be close to. Fonts should have 1,200 dpi, pictures 600 dpi.

Logo Print

Artwork can be submitted as photos, lithographs, films (no process films) or data (*tif). Due to the digital production of Logo Print, any possible colours of the CMYK can be achieved.

Laser engraving

We need data as vector graphic or text in standard typeface: Arial, AvantGarde, Courier, Futura, Present, Serifa, Helvetica, Times New Roman, Univers jeweils in normal, fett, normal kursiv, fett kursiv, BrushScript, English script type each in normal italics and bold italics. Other typefaces possible (only PC) in case the font or type is supplied as True Type type face (*.ttf), additional or similar type faces on request. Name list as Excel file.

Paper artwork

Only reproducible black and white artwork such as business cards, leatter heads or copies can be used. Possible reproduction work will be charged. In the case of large reductions it is important to ensure that these do not contain exceedingly fine details so that the line thickness is never smaller than the minimum value (positive 0.15 mm / negative = 0.30 mm).

Paper proof

Should always be provided (on account of printing technique differences, colour deviations between paper printing and printing on plastic materials are unavoidable).

Print colours

With the available colour shade mixing range, all Pantone C and HKS K shades can be mixed. Slight colour shade deviations between paper flags and print are unavoidable on white background. Major colour shade deviations on an underground of a different colour shade or on a dark-shaded underground must be tolerated.
